Question about internal cervical checks and mucour plugs.

So after many cervical checks i have a mucous discharge that i swear is chunks of my mucous plug. Is it normal for chunks of the mucous plug to fall out after an exam because of irritation maybe?

Yes, especially if it was a "rough" exam.  Are you close to your DD?  Some physicians like to "sweep the membranes" to hurry things along.
