sssoo tired.  Is there any way to get energy or anything.  I have a three year old and two year old and I need so much energy for them.  Any suggestions??

ugh, me too...i have a 10 yr old, 5 yr old, and 22 month old....i suggest coffee, or hot chocolate, in the afternoon (thats when i feel the worst), nap when they nap, and i go to bed early. like 10:00! rest rest rest and hydrate too! lots of water truly helps. altho, you'll have to pee evry 5 minutes!

I don't know about foods, but I just take a supliment of it every morning with my prenantal. I can always tell if I miss a day, I'll get so much more tired earlier!

Vit. B is found in animal proteins. Eat a good steak! :D Other than that, just some pill form Vit. B.
