Toothache? Update

I am making an appointment to go to the dentists I just have to check my boyfriends work schedule so he can drive me, the only place around here that takes medicaid is 45 minutes away and it's snowing there now and I don't have snow tires. Anyway I sorta have a toothache but it's not just on one tooth, it's kinda like the upper and lower rows on my right. It kinda comes and goes but anyway my question is if anyone knows how to make the pain go away at all. Just enough to get me through everday until I can get it. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you!

UPDATE

It's not longer the whole right side anymore. It is now just one tooth and it's only when I bite down or try to chew on that side. It also kinda hurts when I brush that tooth. But if I'm not trying to eat or brush or anything it doesn't hurt at all. Any ideas as to what is wrong with it? I already had it filled when I was 17. ..
