Try stopping even the chewables and see if there's improvement.

my older sister when she was pregnant with her daughter she was sick the whole pregnancy. she did find this one kind of gum that helped calm the nausea, orbitz bubble mint. when i had morning sickness eating sour stuff helped with my nausea. gingerale helped alot as well.

I feel ya.  I'm 22 weeks pregnant with my baby girl and I had bad bad nausea for the first probably 17 weeks.  It was horrible.  Only actually threw up twice but felt nautious all day every day.  [It's subsided now....and brought on a whole nother group of lovely symptoms, lol]  The only thing that helped me were cold oranges.  My husband would peel them for me and it would make me feel a little better.  Also my mom gave me stale soda a few times in the beginning and it made it subside for a few hours or so.  Hope it gets better for you soon<33

I feel your pain, I am 17 weeks and mine is not going away at all. My doc said to try some vitamin B6 they say its supposed to help...you can get it at walmart for super cheap and its all natural and won't upset your tummy. It doesn't work for me, but might for you! GL momma!

For some women its last anywhere from 1 week to the whole pregnancy.  Since you are only  4 months, I wouldn't get discouraged.  It could go away any day now :)
