mucus plug??? may be tmi for some

ok so i will be 37 weeks tomorrow and this is my first pregnancy....the last few weeks everytime i try to poop i feel something coming out of my vagina....its when i push to poop....its soft but kinda big....ewww right? a few weeks ago i asked my doc what it was he said my cervix...that my cervix dropped from me straining

well its still happening so tonight i called the docs answering service and the doc on call said its my mucus plug????????? but it hasnt come out like i said it starts to when i push

anyone got any ideas?????

i havent had any weird discharge or anything....no blood nothin

I'm not sure my mucous plug has been coming out in pieces, and it just looks like slimey ick stuff.
