Anyone else get cold around bed time?  I don't know if it's pregnancy related, but I was never this cold before... when I get tired I get the shivers..  it's so weird.

I get colder at night time also. I asked my friends mom who is a midwife and she said it is because your blood is more concentrated in your uterus then it is anywhere else causing you to feel cold. Sucks but there is nothing you can do about it.

I think it's normal for your temp to drop when you relax.

Wow that kind of makes sense... your body has to protect the baby.  I usually just walk around with a robe and/or a small afghan to help out.

When I get tired, my body acts like it has a cold.. My nose gets stuffy and I cough a bit, it's annoying. I'm usually a little chilly at night until about an hour after I go to bed, b/c DH turns the heat up to 70 and then it gets so hot in the room that I feel like I can't breathe.
