Breast changes during pregnancy? Good or bad?

I was wondering if any of you moms had huge differences in your nipples or breast after you breastfeed. I'm scared mine will start to sag and I don't want that but I'm going to breastfeed either way. Are there ways to stop sagging or slumpy nipples. If it is, what are some ways?

I don't think there is anyway to alter nature.   Breastfeeding is irrelevant, it's the pregnancy that changes our bodies.   It's normal for nipples to get darker.   My breasts are bigger and lower.   Ahhhh--  gravity.

ID have to agree with the previous post.. breastfeeding or not, just being pregnant will create a sag in your breasts. I suppose its because they grown when pregnant and then go back to normal size, or smaller afterwards.. thus creating the sag. I m sure its not Every single person.. but the vast majority seem to have this after children.

Luckily, I haven't had any sagging. They are still the same only a little plumper so am I out of the clear? Or will they sag further on down the line.

They tend to sag AFTER the baby comes.. once all the baby plumpness is gone..My boobs look great WHILE pregnant lol.. its just the after that they are deffenitly not as perky as they once were before pregnancy and all that. So i mean, it will just depend on your body and genes.. i suppose there are those that have perfectly perky boobs even after kids.. but ij ust havnt personally met any.
