Alright so I am almost 20 weeks pregnant and I have still not gained a single lb. I just keep losing weight. I started out at 152 and now I am about 140. is this normal? is it safe? The baby seems to be healthy I have an ultrasound on december 4th to find out the gender so they will tell me if the baby is growing.
With my son, I started gaining weight immediately. But with my daughter, I haven't gained an ounce. I'm actually down 10 pounds. I haven't gained ANYTHING, and I'm 31 weeks along. I started out kinda big though, so since baby girl is growing really well, my doctor isn't worried about it at all. I think that as long as your doctor isn't worried about it, you shouldn't worry either! You're stressed out enough!
with my first i lost 14 lbs in the beginning cause i was so sick. I have lost a couple so far with this one (im @20 weeks) if the docs arent worried about your overall weight then its fine. the lbs WILL come! just look at those shows "i didnt know i was preg" a lot of those girls never gain weight.
I didn't start gaining weigt till I was 29 weeks.. I only gained 15 pounds and because of that I now weigh less after the pregnancy then what I did before I got pregnant.. As long as your doc doesn't say anything and the baby is good then you have nothing to worry about..
