So at 3:03am my water broke while I was trying to sleep lol. I had been having prodominal(sp?) labor for 2 days. And i knew if my water broke itd be game time. Well sure enough my water breaking sent me into active labor. I had to be on continuous monitoring cuz of his heart rate but i was on a mobike monitor so I could use the tub. I had a completely natural labor except they had to vaccum him once because he was in distress and i started having a panick attack. I had zero drugs or pitocin other then my antibiotics for gbs and i only pushed for 20 minutes. He arrived at 11:07am just 8 hours and 4 minutes after my water broke! I am so proud of myself for doing it natural in the hospital no one ever mentioned drugs or pit the whole time! yay. He was 8lbs 8oz and 21-1/2in long. sorry for typos i am typing this on my phone while nursing..M

Congratulations!!! Is labor as bad and painful as everyone thinks? I'm just curious, I'm def not scared of pain, but just curious what it feels like. I've never had real labor before. Again congrats!

congrats....personally it was extreamly painful my second time, i didnt get my epidural when i wanted it...got it at 9cm pushed 10 minutes later. 

i think women who go natural by choice are strong and brave.

i went natural with my oldest son..it was NOT that bad @ all..w/ my 2nd however i was induced & i did good i got all the way to 6cents. b4 i was screamin for an epi lol..i kno 6 doesnt seem that bad but if you've ever had pitocin u know EXACTLY wat im talkin about lol.
