What habit did you give up for the pregnancy that you are most proud of giving up?
For me, with my last pregnancy I had GD, so I gave up all my bad habits of eating just junk food. I am pretty proud of that one, and still stick to what I ate while pregnant :)
With my first I quit smoking. It was very tough, but one day I was driving down the highway and was like I just have to do this so I held my pack of cigarettes out the window and ripped them in half and threw them out the window. I never smoked again. I was very proud of myself. With this pregnancy I have cut back on my coffe from 6 -7 cups of day to 2 cups a day. It has been SOOO hard but I am doing it.
With the first one i quit smoking as soon as i found out i was pregnant! Haven't been a smoker since! I have GD this time around, so i wish i could give up sweets and junk and i'm doing ok but it's so hard when all i crave is sweets and mostly chocolate! I have 2 more wks and i am so looking forward to not giving myself insulin and taking 4blood sugar readings a day!
I didn't give up anything but I dramatically cut back on caffine.

My worst habit was 2 cups of coffee every morning. I planned to switch to decaf, but at about 5 weeks the smell of coffee was making me ill, so I have given up coffee, but not by choice!
