Scared.... really scared :(

I'm 11 days past ovulation.  I've been feeling kinda pregnant, and know it's a possibility.  Some of you may know that my luteal phase has been really short.... 9 days.  I started spotting yesterday, right on schedule, but it's been super light, and it didn't pick up this morning, like it usually does, or start with cramping, like it usually does.  My temperature fell, but not sharply enough and it didn't fall any more today, so I decided to test.  It looked super faint, but it was almost surely a positive.

I'm scared for two reasons.  One is that I had an ectopic and had pink spotting (like this) right before my tube almost burst and I was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.  The second is because my luteal phase has been so short, and that has been known to cause early miscarriage.

If that positive test wasn't in my imagination, it doesn't look good for this baby.  I'm really scared. :(  Anyone have some encouraging words for me?
