ok im 31 weeks and i got up this morning and im having menstural cramps off and on and my lower back is hurting and feel like i want to throw up! so what should i do? scared to call and complain about it cause i dont wont to be put in the hospital or anything. also last night my discharge was like a brownish yellow color is that normal?
brownish-yellow discharge sounds like you've lost part of your mucus plug, which in itself it not an issue - but it also sounds like you're having contractions. you should call your midwife/ob and ask them what they think. i'm guessing they'll want to check you out and make sure everything's okay.
