im in pain to the point where it hurts really bad to walk and get around the house.i have a 2yr old and a 4yr old that depend on me during the day while hubby is at work....
to amke things worse we only have 1 bathroom and that is upstairs....just to go upstairs i feel like i have to crawl up the steps to go pee...
it isnt so bad during the day since my 4yr old goes to preschool m-thurs and hes gone from 1230-3pm so from that time i can get a nap in and shower clean etc.....if dora or spongebob is on my 2yr old is calma dn quiet and not bothering me....
the baby i feel hasnt droped since i feel like i am still carrying high....i have tried everything to help her move down but i get no relief at all...ive tried teh pelvic rocks..getting a massage from hubby to relax me....go to the chiro.....walking........and ive tried kneeling or squating....
im in so much pain i have a docs appt tues at 1040am and was hoping that maybe with him knowing i am home alone with boys that maybe hed say it is ok to go ahead an induce......
I feel ya mama! I am right there with you. My apointment is tomorrow too. I am going to see if she will strip my membranes. I can't even sleep because of the hip and tailbone pain. I have 6, 3 are in school during the day but the 14 month old, 2 year old and 4 year old are all at home with me all day. I am feeling miserable right now too.

thanks at least i know i am not alone...in feeling crappy right now.....everyone keeps asking me when im gonna drop and have this baby and i keep telling them it is a matter of time is all.....
we have a king size bed and i feel so bad for my husband....in this last mth of my pregnancy he has slept on the floor and allowed me t have the whole bed to myself since i ahve so many pillows....im in so much pain when i sleep i have to have pilliows under my tail bone and between my legs and even that doesnt help...
can the doc strip your membranes if you are 37 weeks and have not lost ur plug yet??? i am only 1 cm dialated as of my last check up from last week.....

At 38 weeks my doc scheduled and induction because my daughter was hitting a spinal nerve and it caused horrible pain. Day and night there was no relief. You would think lying down would help but the nerve she pressed on was on my right side so I couldn't lay on that side because of the pain. I could only lay on my left and after a while without being able to rotate my body my hips just throbbed, My doc said enough was enough, but my little bean must have thought the same thing because she still came 6 days before the induction and 12 days before her due date, Talk to your doc about your pain, she might strip your membranes, induce you, but she might tell you to wait it out another week and a half. I know the last couple weeks usually suck, I'm sorry.
I am 37 weeks and in so much pain as well...It hurts to move, walk, eat, lay down, sit up...ANYTHING I go to the doc on Monday. Last week I was a little more then 1cm dialated and a little more then 50 percent effaced. So I am just sticking through it through the weekend. Last Monday the doctor thought I might have this baby by this weekend...we will see!
