I just ate my lunch and I had a frozen peice of lasagna, yogurt and bunch of celery, carrots and broccoli with ranch dip... and I still feel totally hungry!! This seems to be happening at every meal and I find myself snacking between meals because I feel so hungry. I know I should be full, based on what I ate, so how do I make my brain (and stomach) feel full?
Anyone else have this problem?

I dont know how to fix it but Im with you! I had a nice filling lunch (and am about to have cake as it's a co-workers birthday) and Im still sitting her munching on snacks. When I do feel full its usually a bad thing, I've usually eaten too much and I want to vomit. WHERE is the happy medium?!
Oh I SOO feel you! I'm tired of eating and not feeling full 15 minutes later! I'm so worried about how much weight I'm going to put on, lol- I'm Constantly eating! I've been trying to drink PLENTY of water, even when I feel hungry, just to make sure its not just my body calling out for liquids and I'm confusing it with hunger. Grrr- I want some more green beans from dinner, lol!
