I would time them 1st and then call if they are 5 minutes apart!  Lucky girl. :-)

well so far i am still feeling the same way as i was ealier when i made this post but they are not contractions that are coming close together at all so i think they are just braxton hicks hat i am feeling really bad....

i will keep an eye on them and see waht happens...

on an fyi note:: hubby found the evening prime rose caps at walmart for $6.00 and bought me some so i will be trying that tonight so hopefully this will help move things where i can labor on my own without being induced in all so we wil see....(the caps are 1000mg and 75 to a bottle...i know they said to take by mouth that are 500mg or u can do it vaginally but is there really a diff in how many mg there is in the pill????)

I start drinking the RRL tea at at about 14 weeks.  As you said, it does not promote labor, but strengthens the uterus and helps prevent hemorrhage.  You are probably feeling BH contractions, or could be getting ready to go into labor.  As for the Evening Primrose, again, I start taking those orally at 36 weeks.  They won't (normally) send you into labor.  They help ripen the cervix slowly to help promote a faster labor and birth.

Good luck to you.

From what I understand is that it helps make your braxton hicks more "effective" which helps tone the uterus.  Also, people take it after birth to help with the toning town of the uterus and helps with stopping the PP bleeding! (I did it with my 2nd)

Yep!  It's good for the womens system, so you can technically drink it the entire pregnancy as well as PP recovery!  I'm not sure if it was coincidence or not, but I drank it with my 2nd and my PP bleeding stopped after only about 5 days after birth (with my 1st it was like 12 days! I didn't drink it)
