Plevic rocks can help align all of your organs. Try doing maybe 10-20 plevic rocks before you eat.

try drinking a glass of milk after you eat, smaller more frequent meals, and stay way from spicy/greasy/fatty foods.  Avoid laying down after you eat and sleeping on your left side will help too.  Tums or Rolaids is safe during pregnancy, but I try to avoid antacids if I can as it interferes with your body's ability to absorb many vitamins and minerals you really really need such as iron.

I've had heartburn really bad during the last part of this pregnancy too. Always when I'm trying to sleep. I have to keep a bottle of tums by my bedside and not eat anything close to when I go to bed.

for me I have bad acid reflux and of course it is only worse during pregnancy but I take Zantac 150 and that seems to help for a short time.
