is this safe to take at the end of pregnancy and does it really work to help get ready for labor? or does anybody know any other methods that will help the process?

It didnt help me i was told to place it near my cervex everynight. Its supposed to help the cervex soften but with my second i still had to be induced at 42 weeks i tried almost EVERYTHING!! but nothin helped.

It did not work for me with baby #4, but then again I was doing it wrong. You are suppose to inster 5 pills throughout the day and swallow 3. As for it being safe. YES IT IS!!!

Well I guess that this have worked for some and didnt for others, my midwife told me about some methods some women use like stimulation, sex, but she says that none of that works, only the baby knows when he or she is ready and the labor will start.

The insertion method didn't do a darn thing for me.

But for ONCE I was able to say I smelled like roses and it was true!

Honestly, it was gross, rose oil leaked out of me all night and stained my sheets

I asked my doc about Castor oil yesterday and he said that castor oil, mineral oil and intercourse do not help..they just give you cramps and the oils give you diarrhea but don't make you go into labor. I did read on babycenter.com though that castor oil helps if it's within 2wks of your due date but most people do get the poops from it!
