my stupid MIL just called asking me if she can come pick up MY daughter tomorrow morning and take her to her house so she can see my husbands grandfather whos over there! i told her i don't like that at all because it is thanksgiving and i would like my daughter to be home on thanksgiving! i said why don't you guys come over here tomorrow and visit her tomorrow morning?? and she made up all these excuses to why she can't come! she always does this nonstop! she calls me and always wants to take my daughter to do shit all the time! They never want to come here to see her and it pisses me off!

Im sorry but I dont understand what you are mad about. My mother NEVER comes to our house to see her grandson, I have to go to her house. Frankly you should be happy that she wants to spend so much time with your daughter. There are plenty of grandmothers out there who spend very little time with their grandchildren.

lol i'll start looking. i'll post an ad on the classifeds section too. My MIL is a handful! She acts like my daughter is her's and tries to tell me how to raise her and what i should do with her.
