what does the water look like when your "water" breaks...is it really like liquid...does it have any thickness to it? im leaking something clear, no smell but kinda stickish...help!
Mine was the consistancy of water. It was just a trickle at first but by the time we left home it was constant gushing! It was not sticky at all.
Yep, clear. feels kinda like you are peeing if it's a trickle. If it's a gush then your just kinda soaked immediately.

when my waters broke, it is supposed to be a clear fluid (unless the baby pooped then it will be green or yellow). mine usually were a big whooosh and then some more to follow for like a half and hour. it was like i peed a gallon on water all over me. you probably just have discharge. i had a lot of it and even thought there was a leak, but there wasnt. if you are concerned there is a leak, talk to your doc/midwife and they can check for you.
