Big Sister/Brother Gifts?? PIOG

I would like to get my 3 year old daughter a gift from her baby brother.  I would like it to be something special that we can give her when we come home from the hospital since that will be the first time she meets him (d/t hospital policy/h1n1).  Anyone have any ideas on what I should get her?  Thanks in advance for all of your ideas!

How about a dollie that she can care for like her mommy will be doing with the newborn.    Maybe some accessories like doll diapers, blankies, clothes...    My DDs love doll slings, they want to do what they see!  :-)

I have no idea. I'd like to do the same for my son, but I'm not due until March. When I worked at a flower shop a couple years ago, someone called to have flowers delivered to the new mom with a balloon PLUS two pink balloons with the new big sisters' names on them. That's a very simple idea, but an idea nonetheless :) Hope  you figure something out.

Maybe a charm bracelet?  My girls have them that say big sister on them. There's are like this, so it's not as much of a choking hazard. She would probably have a hard time getting the pieces apart.
