Any mishaps today?

my aunt the one doing the cooking got way to drunk and almost burned the turkey we had to kick her out of the kitchen

HAHAHAHAHAHA my mother in law fell off the chair and BUSTED HER ASS!! Lmao we heard this huge BOOM and a OH SHIT and I thought my son fell off something lmao... (my big ass got up and ran) and I see her on the floor and we are just all sitting there laughing at her.  And at my lil cousins homecoming game he got like thrown off the feild in a tackle and the other team got a 10 yard penalty... YOU CANT DO THAT!!! lol my aunt and my cousins we like where is his mother ill kick her ass lmao 

Well, we had a very eventful day lol.  We exploded a sweet potato, the turkey shot stuffing out the back end (that was actually pretty gross), my youngest step daughter woke up feeling sick (cleared up by dinner, but made for a miserable morning), and my husband tried to slice his finger off while carving the turkey.  I love memorable holidays, but sheesh!

Nothing exciting happened here. I got bored and went to L.L. Bean...FUN!

We had to go and see a few friends today and j took his car and our four year old. i took the van and the other two. Get up to the four way stop and see my hubby peeling tires because the car died and he was trying not to roll back into the 4 way since people are not stopping and then the cop comes flying around me to pull him over! Scared the crap out of me.

We aren't having our big dinner until Saturday, but we did a mini-Thanksgiving with just the 4 of us tonight. Everything was going good until my son slopped jam from his cornbread onto a chair. He got upset so I was trying to calm him down, and clean it up while my other sons 2nd helping was heating up in the microwave. Of course his plate got too hot, and the other one is crying about the jam. I run back to the microwave to get this super hot plate out, and by the time I turn around hes gone off dancing in the living room, and isn't hungry anymore... Ahhh! It was fun though.

Last year my SIL set the marshmallows on top of her sweet potatoes on fire. lol

I didnt have anything go wrong this year..everything came out great and my turkey cooked fater then what I planned on..it was suppose to cook for 3 to 3 1/2 hours and it cooked in about 2 1/2 hours and I hadnt even started anything else..so I left it in the oven at a lower temp to cook everything else which didnt really take that long to cook. Everything was good..and I couldnt eat much cause I wasnt as hungry as I thouhgt I was...=)

lol thats funny! my dd would have eaten the whites and threw out the yokes! LOL

today went well. but my dd slept the WHOLE day away (napped at 130) right when food was ready. and woke up (well i woke her up) at 5...and she didnt even eat :(

Hmmm..Lets see..I Double Baked the Cherry and lemon Pies....(Stored them in the oven) Was missing ingredients for my pumpkin pies...When I got everything I needed I just walked over and preheated the oven..then it was like oh SHIT!! by that time the edge of the crust was burnt and Of course no  pot holders or towels in sight!!! so thankfully the whole pies didn't burn and then my daughter was getting butter outta the fridge and WHAM!! Chocolate pie hits the inside of the fridge and is all over the drawers and the floor..UGH..Remade chocolate pie.    So I guess I was just happy that I at least had dessert today...I think some unknown power was sabotaging my pies LOL..

Well nothing to report with the turkey dinner but, my DH, DS and I were playing on the floor. He was on his tummy, on my tummy and we were all laughing at something he was doing and then he threw up in my mouth :( My DH couldnt stop laughing, I thought he was going to pee himself.
