I usually check with the pharmacist, or OB... You can look on Safefetus.com it has all the FDA ratings there.

I used Cepacol throat lozenges. My doctor said they were safe to use.

Anything Tylenol.

That's what my dopctor's have told me. If it's tylenol, it's safe. Just don't take alot, because it can be harmful to your liver and baby. Best of luck.

Cut a lemon in thirds and squeeze and scrap as much pulp as you can into a small pot.  Then add enough water for about 2 cups of tea.  Boil, then turn off heat. Pour a cup of this lemon tea and add honey to taste.  Drink it while hot, and hold the cup up to your face to get the aroma in your breathing.

Trust me this works when you first start to feel sick.  Its a high dose of natural vit C, and the acid breaks up the mucos.  Its really bitter but thats what works to break up the bacteria.

It sounds crazy but Simply Orange (juice) works wonders. I've had a few sore throats start and I go get a gallon of this juice and drink it often and it's gone by the end of the day. It's worth a try, it won't be harmful :)
