We have picked a name!!!! Who else is using this first name??
So I posted a while back about us liking both Megan and Alexis for a name. Hubby came home one day and suggested either Megan Alexis or Alexis Megan. At first I really didn't care for either name pairings but the more I thought about it I really came to Love the name Megan Alexis! So our baby girl will be Megan Alexis Miller! Im so happy we found a name we both like, it wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be, we just tossed some names around, settled on 2 and found the perfect name!!
Who else is using Megan as a first name?? Was it hard to settle on a name??
I answered on your other one--my name is Meghan Eileen, and when I was born almost 30 years ago you didn't hear Meghan (or any variation of spelling) very much. Then about 10 years later or so, Megan/Meagan/Meghan started getting really popular. You still don't see Meghan very much and I am constantly having to correct the spelling, but I actually like my "Meghan with an H."

Nope...not using Megan..but we are using M names for the twins.,...we HATE the fact that both their names begin with the same letter but ti's not intentional.....
Oh nad my SIL's name is Megan and my hubby nicknamed her Muggo....lol. It's cute. :)
LOL I am using M names for my twins too....I thought that was funny. OP No I am not using Megan. Mine are Mitchell and Maddison or Matthew. We only know Mitchell for sure. Other baby didn't want to show me what he/she was. =D I love Megan Alexis. VERY CUTE!

Thats a cute name :) And this is going to sound crazy but I like that you gave her two "first names". My middle name is actually a last name and it cant be used as anything but a last name so if I didnt like my first name, I would have no options :(
Anyways if we have a little girl, I think we are going to name her Bianca.... I think....
See, I'm "MAY-gun" and I get annoyed when people call me "Meh-gen."
Quoting 1smartcookie:I considered Megan during my first pregnancy, but then we had a boy. Four years later we had a girl but I decided against the name because my MIL insisted on pronouncing it "May-gun" and it drove me crazy. I do like the name, though.
