am 39.6 days pregnant and its my 1st time i was wondering if i just lost the plug or not a thick yellowish discharge in my underwear?? Need advice ladies..
I have been loosing my Plug since I was 35 weeks. I am now 37 weeks and 6 days. I read somewhere that your mucus plug is anywhere from the size of a quarter to the size of and egg. I think mine was close to the size of an egg... LOL... I am also pretty sure that I lost the final bit last night. My family and I went walking the mall last night and I could feel it slipping out. Thank god I was close to a bathroom so I could go check it out, and YES it was a slimmy mess. It was not a snot like color that most people say that it is, but it was that texture with a light yellow tinch. Everyone also keeps saying that it will be soon, and I hope that it is because I am just plain tired of being pregnant... LOL. ( Oh as of Tuesday I was dialated 3cm and 60% thinned)
So YES that was your mucus plug and I will pray for you that you do not go over due. I did that once and had to be induced and I would not wish that on anyone!!
