Joint Pain

Ok so the more pregnant I get, and the colder it gets outside, the more my joints ache.  I can barely stand up sometimes.  I'm still trying to work full time, not to mention just daily life in general.  I can't just sit at home feeling bad.  Any "home remedies" that won't interfere with the pregnancy?

Last time I used the Icy Hot Pads (they stick to your joints) while sleeping at night and if I ached that bad during the day I just rubbed Bengay on my hips & lower back.. It helped a lot.. Also, have you tried a heating pad?? I don't own one but I've heard it helps.

The heating pad works but only when I'm actually using it.  I will try the icy hot pads and the bengay though.  I'll stop by the drug store at lunch.  Thank you :)
