My husband has told me that he doesnt think he will be coming to my baby shower
Wow so I made this post and then left to go to my mom's house for a "house warming" party yea see the quotes? thats cuz it was a surprise baby shower for me...so my hubby was there
We did a co-ed baby shower at a local gaming hall. It gave his family a chance to be there as well, and it turned out really fun. We didn't do any of the girly games. By the time we got done socializing with everyone, eating, and opening presents, we didn't have much time for baby games. However, since we were at the gaming hall (Dave and Busters), it gave everyone a chance to stay later and play games with us. We ended up having the shower 330 - 730 and staying until about 10 that night.
I haven't had mine yet (next month!) but DH will be there. He really wants to be, I think he's just excited to open presents lol. Plus we are having a "jack and jill" party I guess, we're inviting guys and girls. There won't be a lot of guys there but a few will be to keep DH company.
