before i was prego with baby #3 my tummy was somewhat flat ad i was streched to the max skin wise i mean with this baby....now its like skin saging everywhere and hurts like hell......

Just a warning.... the skin will probably never completely go away... it will get better with time, but the extra skin will always be there! The fat underneith the skin can be mostly taken care of with the right kind of abdominal workouts, but most women still find that even with a TON of working out, they still have a little pouch! I'm not trying to discourage you in any way! Just trying to be honest....

go out and grab a belly band ...that's what i used to keep mine form rubbing. i wasnt able to do a sit up for prob 6 months after i had him but i also had some cysts removed at the same time so i think it cause extra soreness.

i had the same problem with baby number 1!!!!! i worked my tail off to make it go away and it never did :( But to make it feel better----> a belly band, a tight one, or any tight tank tops whatever...tightness is the key, that way it doesnt "bounce around" on your staples and etc...

ugh this all reminded me so much of how much i DO NOT want another c section, im so sad and SCARED.
