What's your absolute must-have when it comes to baby gear? (You know, the one thing you just can't leave the house without.)

My DS pacifier that has a dog connected to it. He likes the stuffed dog more then the pacifier itself. He will scream if he doesn't have it to cuddle.

A swing.  Both my kids slept so well in that when they were little.
