I am going grocery shopping tomorrow and will start preparing a little less than a months worth of foods to put in the freezer. I am not due until 3/31st but will probably be induced 2.5 weeks early b/c of low amniotic fluid, anemia and severe hypermeisis. I need some healthy recipes asap! We dont have many family and friends here so i don't expect to receive any meals and i like to prepare ahead! So any food recipes with chicken especially would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ladies!!

So far i have chicken pot pie, lasagna, cranberry chicken, chicken chow mein, cheesy rotini, broccoli chicken, chicken divan, swiss steak, honey mustard chicken, caribbean jerk chicken, chicken dumplings, spinach manicotti, cashew chicken and spare ribs.

I will be compiling all of the recipes and saving them so if you would like a copy of the recipes pm me!

Have you tried to google freezer casserole recipes , I find a lot of recipes just by doing that. When I had surgery last summer I put some meat and seasonins together in a gallon freezer bag , such as a roast with onion soup mix and two cans of beef broth and then take them out and dump in the crock pot in the morning on low , I also did boneless chicken breast in the crockpot with BBQ sauce. I think it's a good idea and one I might copy and freeze some casseroles for when this baby is born >
