Did they determine the wrong sex of your baby? How did you feel? Could you return the clothes?
My husband's cousin's was wrong! She was told she was going to have a girl, and surprise it was a boy!! She had alot of gender neutral stuff luckily that she found before she found out what she was having, but she was able to take all the girl stuff back!! She told us she was just in shock but still happy and in love!! But who knows, she could have been upset or dissappointed!! He is now a handsome little 2 yr old and she wouldn't change him for anything!!!
At 25 weeks the ultrasound tech said she was 99% sure it was a girl. Had another u/s at around 32-ish weeks & found out our little girl was definately a BOY! Luckily we had only bought one pink thing which was an outfit & passed it on to a friend. I'm terrified they are going to tell me the wrong sex this time around again & I won't find out until right before I have the baby, or when it arrives because I hate the whole yellow/green neutral stuff.
With my first born they firs told me he was a girl for the first two us and then towards the end they gave me "Its a boy" us pics. With my first son I had 5 ultrasounds so there was a lot of chance to keep checking. I have only had one us with this baby so I hope they were correct we are all prepared for a girl.
my first u/s I was about 19 weeks and they said they were 90% sure it is a boy...umm I need you to be 100% sure lol. Its weird though bc w/ my first pregnancy I had an u/s at 19 weeks also and almost as soon as baby popped up on screen, the tech said oh its a girl!!! So i'm a little confused lol. But I Do get another u/s in about 2 weeks and I will be 27 weeks. Hopefully they will be 100% sure this time!!!!
Does anyone know anyone that was told they were having a boy and it ended up being a girl? I would think that would be least likely to be wrong...

I would love to know that one as well... the U/S tech said she was 98-99% sure that this pregnancy is a boy but.... she really only took like a 3 second glance and it was a not so clear image (like my first... HE was definatly a BOY) and now DH has me freaking out because he keeps saying he thinks it's a girl.

Yep....happened to some friends of mine. She had multiple u's and they kept saying "boy" until well into the 3rd trimester. Then all of a sudden, "oh wait! that's a GIRL!" And yes, she's still a girl LOL.
