pack your labor bags for the hospital? I'm 34 weeks, and I got a WTE email that said it's time to do that, but it just seems way too soon for that! So, when did YOU pack? Any tips?
i packed at 30 weeks, and added and deleted things throughout the rest of my pregnancy. i found out when i got to the hospital that i really didnt need much. lol.
i'll be 38 weeks at midnight and i haven't packed my stuff yet, i have the diaper bag packed and i put the carseat in the car but i have yet to pack my own bag...my boyfriend keeps begging me to do it cause he's scared i'll go into labor and he'll be freaking out and not know what to grab...i just feel like if i pack the bag is gonna be staring at me and it'll make time go even slower (i know thats so stupid lol).....maybe after my appt this thursday i'll pack...
I'm having a homebirth again, but wehave a list of preparations that are our responsibility. It basically says that during the last 4-6 weeks we are to start general prep like cleaning and changing A/C filters and things like that. Oh, and to order our birth kit. Then between 36 and 37 weeks to begin packing bags.....of course they are bags of birth stuff, like the sheets, towels, and supplies. But it's the same concept, I suppose LOL.
I'm about 37 weeks, and I'm "on schedule". My birth bags are prepared. I did them Tuesday night. Now I'm just trying to stretch out the little things so that I don't get too bored LOL.
