Okay so this will be my parents 8th grandchild. My dad has ALWAYS wanted to be kept in the dark about the sex of the babies.. Well he so far has gotten his wish. I am due June 2nd and he still has NO clue. ;) SO my question is how would you tell him? He and my mother work together so if and when I call her to tell her the baby is here I have to make sure she does not spill it to my dad. But I dont want to call him first and hurt her feelings. I was thinking about just sending them both a pic text with the baby announcing he is here.. LOL. but I dont want them to think I am being rude about it.. GEEZ I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.. BTW I am in Cali and they are in Utah and wont be able to come down before he is born. I wont get to see them till July or Aug.. Anyone have any good ideas??

I would definatly do a text w/ pic and saying at the bottom its a boy. after that id call and ask if they checked there text messages.

Send them a picture text announcing the baby and go by who calls you first. Or since its more of a secret for your dad, let your mom know how you are going to tell him so that way she wont get upset, she will already know you are going to call him first.
