37w1d and Lower Back Pain

So yesterday I "think" I may have had what one would call a regular contraction. I've never had natural ones, with my son I had pitocin induced contractions.

It started in my back and moved to my lower abdomen, but only happened once. After I went to bed last night I started noticing some lower back pain again on my right side, but nothing moved to the front. Even still, this morning, my lower back hurts like I did some exercises yesterday...which I didn't. You think this is just my baby moving her way down or something else? I go to the dr tomorrow.

well, I've been having bh since 24 weeks and they're all up front. They have increased since 35 weeks but still, all up front.

It could be contractions along with how the baby is positioned causing the back pain.
