SWOOOLLLEEEENNN!!! HELLLPPP!!

 My wrists have been swollen for quite some time now.  I have carpal tunnel and my joints are loose so I've definately been struggling in the wrist department.  But NOW my ankles are HUGE too.  I am eating my words because just last week I said "Well at least my ankles aren't swollen!" and NOW they are.  Ugh!!  Anybody have any suggestions on how to help them?  I know you need to drink a lot of water and keep them elevated when you can but any other things like creams or can I ice them or ANY other adivce at all?!   HELP!  oh yah btw I am 34 wks.

lots of ice, and cool baths-so you can elevate your feet.

oh, and a side note-my dr told me today, that you can remain swollen for up to 2 WEEKS after delivery too....

my ankles and feet swell to. i usually just soak them in the evenings then rub lotion on them and it helps them feel better.

My my has carpal tunnel.... try acupuncher  for swelling it's a part of being prego sorry moma

when I go swimming in the lake the cool water helps me & salt water is a natural healer good luck
