109/64 is normal blood pressure?

My doctor advised me to start taking my blood pressure at home and today it was 109/64. I think that's a little low, but is that good? I'm not sure if low blood pressure it considered a problem during pregnancy. I'm extra swollen today and have seen a few spots in my vision, which is why I took my blood pressure. I'm only supposed to call my doctor if my bp is abnormal, otherwise she told me to ignore the swelling and spots. What do you think?

that bp is just fine.  Mine is normally 98/60 so you are good and low right now.

sounds a little "lower" than average, but that's how mine was all through the first and second trimesters, mine didn't get to average until I hit the 3rd trimester.

If you are feeling super dizzy you might want to call though

My doctor says normal blood pressure is 120/90 your kinda low so thats why they probably want you to moniter yourself.

Each individual has their own range of "normal" blood pressure. Text book normal is less than 120 systolic and less than 80 diastolic. Hypertension is greater than or equal to 140/90. Hypotension is less than 90/60. OP your blood pressure is great nothing to worry about. if you get a resting bp of 140/90 that would be indicative of Preeclampsia since you have the other symptoms which is what your doctor would want to monitor more closely.
