How much do you spend on groceries a week?

How many people are in your family?

And how do you cut down on the cost of buying food?

Probably $200- $250 a week, we are a family of 4.

I don't have any suggestions for how to cut costs, I probably should consider some though LOL

I am a Canadian, breastfeeding (it IS best, there is nothing even close to that nutrition and bond), co sleeping, extended rear facing (if you don't rear face to the maximum of your seat, you're NOT doing all you can to protect your child), baby wearing, Non spanking (I want my kids to respect me, not fear me) ANTI- CIO, homemade baby food making, cloth diapering, organic (chemical free household!) recycling mama to TWO and one on the way! My husband is my equal and best friend, not my master and I believe basic health care should be a human RIGHT, not a privilege.

Not more than $100... and it's only around $100 when I need diapers/wipes/paper goods, etc.

We meal plan & coupon.  We're a family of 3

4 plus a pregnancy. We spend about 100-150 a week depending on what we cook. (this also includes going out to eat) I also buy almost all organic so that does up the cost a little but very much worth it to know that my family is eating chemcial free and non GMO foods. :)

I save money through buying in bulk, taking advantage of sales/specials and also using coupons.

I buy most of my "big" stuff about once a month (or less) and usually only spend about $200.00...i always shop the discount food store first, and we hunt alot of our meat, which is much cheaper than buying it from the grocery...other than that, i buy mostly staples and MAKE my meals. very little of it is the pre-made kind.
