Just wondering.

I did with DD at about 25 weeks. With this pregnancy, I just either can't find the time or energy, or I forget! And I'm 37 weeks!! AHH!!

I didn't with DS but that was because no one told me about it. but just the other day when i went to the specialist they told me i should do that between now and 30 wks (i'm 26 wks today). i'll try to do it sometime i guess. that reminds me i was gonna sign me and my sister up for birthing classes (shes pregnant too) mostly so we can get a tour of the hospital again cause they've made a lot of changes since we had our sons 3-5 yrs ago.

Yes.

Here it's done at 37 weeks.

With my first, I was using a birthing centre so I didn't have to then... but for a hospital, yes. They have all of my health information, but they wanted to know if I would be breastfeeding, wanted a lactation consultant, pain meds, vitamin K etc.

I am a Canadian, breastfeeding (it IS best, there is nothing even close to that nutrition and bond), co sleeping, extended rear facing (if you don't rear face to the maximum of your seat, you're NOT doing all you can to protect your child), baby wearing, Non spanking (I want my kids to respect me, not fear me) ANTI- CIO, homemade baby food making, cloth diapering, organic (chemical free household!) recycling mama to TWO and one on the way! My husband is my equal and best friend, not my master and I believe basic health care should be a human RIGHT, not a privilege.
