Hmmm...well, his pack and play was bought before I knew he was a boy, so its gender neutral, his toys are gender neutral. Stroller is a gray jogging stroller, carseat is going to match the car, so it will be a grayish/silver color too...LOL

His clothes are gender specific, most of his blankies are gender specific.

 I have boys, but if this turns out to be a girl we will buy girl things. We are gender specific in this house.

clothes and blankets are gender specific but bedding set car seat etc is neutral

Both to be honest. Some things we bough before but for the most part it's going to be all boy stuff:)

My first was a girl, but I got the big items all gender-neutral (pack-n-play, highchair, stroller, infant seat).  I'm really glad I don't have to replace all that now that we are having a boy!  Her convertible car seat has a very girly cover, but that is only because it was on clearance, otherwise I had planned to buy that gender-neutral as well.  But I can always buy a boyish cover from Britax when the time comes.

it depends, pack n play, swing and bouncer along with toys are all gender neutral, clothes are some of both gender specific and gender neutral.
