I am 17 weeks with my 3rd baby and for the past few weeks I have been having some braxton hicks. They are not painful...just feels like my uterus is tightening for a little bit and it is slightly uncomfortable. Is this normal or should I be concerned? I had them with my other two but mever this early.

you can have them once you enter into the 2nd trimester so sounds like your fine! Unless they are more than 6 an hr.. then go into the hospital.

I have been having them since around 10 weeks with some cervical pressure.  When I talked to my doctor about it he said it is normal expecially with already having been through more than one pregnancy.

I'm 29 weeks and have been having them for a while now. I don't even remember having them at all with my first two. I read in a pregnancy book that they can start as early as 10 weeks. Everyone & every pregnancy is different.

I've been having them since about 17 weeks also! It's normal as long as you dont have no more than 4 within an hour I wouldn't concern yourself. (That's what my doctor told me. ) Good luck
