I've always kept it in the back of the fridge for as long as 8 days according to my lactation consultant, where's everyone get 3?

kellymom.com is the best source for BF info. It even has a printable chart that I put on the back of the cabinet where all the feeding supplies are. Helped a lot if I had to leave her.
