I didn't have one with my Ds but I would rather tear than get an episotomy

I had one with my first because he was premie and apparently they didnt want extra pressure on his head. But my 2nd I didnt have one and didnt tear. My 3rd they didnt cut me and I tore even up top. So I might get one this time. But who knows.

Nope did not have one with the first and wont with the second. My first I barely tore and only required three stitches to the labia, if they would have done the episiotomy then it would have required a lot more stitches and a longer healing time.
