At risk for pre-term labor...need prayers!!

I had my 1st trimester screening today and they found that I have a odd shaped uterus....like a heart shape, which causes less room for the baby and she said it could cause pre term labor due to lack of space, so I am now a extreme high risk pregnancy and have to have an ultrasound every 2 weeks....please keep me and my lil one in your prayers...Thanks ladies!

be careful and take that with a grain of salt. This is my third baby. I have had A LOT of u/s with each pregnancy, before pregnancy and after pregnancy not to mention I had an exploratory laporotomy before I ever had kids because I had extreme abdominal pain that ended in it being appendicitis and with this baby, at 9 weeks, they tried to tell me that I had a bicornuate uterus. Told me I would miscarry, yadda yadda yadda.

Long story short, U/S is NOT a good way of diagnosing someone with this. There was a study done of some I believe 36 women who were told they had it and would need a hysterectomy, 34 of these 36 women didn't even have to have the hysterectomy as they had a normal uterus. PLEASE get a second opinion before you stress yourself out!! My Maternal Fetal Specialist said that whoever said that I did was on something because I have a perfectly normal uterus. Shadows and position of you or the wand can make it seem this way.

I was told I have a heart shaped uterus at my 20 week u/s. I'm now almost 38 weeks and my baby and uterus are doing fine!
