alot latley, and I dont know why..  I know they say its normal but when does it ever stop?  Sometimes its so bad that I want to vomit, other times the only way to stop it is lay down and try to go to sleep.. I try Pepsi or Coke sometimes, and it helps every now and then.  I dont take meds when I'm expecting so I dont know what else to do but its killing me.

How has your BP been lately? If your BP is high sometimes you'll get headaches. Also during pregnancy your vision may change so when you are looking or squinting at things might cause headaches!

I have a BP machine that will check it for me I need to check it next time and see.  But I know when I go to the dr its been good.  I am suppose to wear glasses and I have been making sure I wear them so now I wonder if my eyes could of gotten a little worse?  uggg another way to make me pay for another pair of glasses lol but since this will be our last I dont think I would get another pair just yet

are you drinking enough water? I get really bad migraines when I'm dehydrated.

ive had this the entire pregnancy. Ive tried 3 different preventative medications...they havent helped. BP is fine. Glucose level is fine (no GD). Eyes are fine. Etc etc... Ive decided its just hormones. They hate me and want to make my life hell.

None the less, my doctor Rx'd me this pill called Compazine. Its usually for nausea and vomitting (so if you have that too, bonus), but it works for preventing headaches. It worked for me for quite some time....but Ive been taking it like the entire pregnancy, and I think now Ive built up a tolerance or something because its not working anymore. It is safe for the baby...in case your interested.

Other than that...rest, drink water...watch for triggers (caffine, chocolate, etc etc), cold ice pack on the base of you neck... maybe a nice bath.

I think I do need to drink more water but later I have been drinking more water then usual.  Rebecca I hate to take meds when I'm expecting even if they say its safe I'd rather not put it in my body at all, all I take is my vitamin.  I go back to the dr Tuesday and I'm going to bring it up again to him and see what he says.  THANKS LADIES
