swollen gums?

I have preeclampisa and I am 32 weeks. I am currently in the hospital for it but I am mild so they are thinking I might get to 36-38 weeks. However my BPs have been creeping up the last week or two. and so has my protein. But I have noticed in the last week that I have swollen gums and they bleed when I am preg.

I have been told that the bleeding gums are normal in preg. and this is not my first time. but the swollen gums are starting to bother me. Anyone can help me I would be thankful. is it just normal pregnancy or is it the Preeclampsia?

I didnt have pre-e, but through my last pregnancy my gums were swollen and bled quite often.  I would have to brush them so gently because it wasnt the most comfortable.

I never had pre e but have swollen gums my whole pregnancy and they tend to bleed a bit. Ugh I hate it.
