Nope. Some people get them earlier than that. The more kids you have had, the more likely you are to feel them early on. (So I have been informed anyways)

I have been having them a ton lately and I'm 24 weeks. It seems like whenever I'm up and walking around my belly is constantly contracting and when i'm sitting down relaxing there are no contractions but the baby kicks me in the crotch!! I can't decide if he wants me sitting or walking. =)

I started having them at 20 weeks. It sucks, but is fairly common.

Nope. This is my 3rd baby and I started having contractions around 13 weeks. It's normal and nothing to worry about. Your uterus has to get ready to give birth somehow. :)
