For weeks now my lo has been bobbing in and out of my pelvis. I know the next time I go in with contraction I wont be leaving the hospital pregnant. I would love some advice on way to help baby decend and stay there. I am already 3cm and 70 % effaced. Doulla I know you have good advice...I hope you can give me some.

Walking uses gravity to help pull baby down, and I think something about it helps your hips open? Don't quote me on that though.

Nature is the one in-charge.      You can't *force* this, but gentle encouragement through movement (walking, yoga ball, stairs) and being upright allowing gravity to help  should do something IF anything can work.
