OT: Swedish Meatball question

I'm looking for a recipe to make swedish meatballs with premade frozen meatballs. Do I just fry up the ready made meatballs, remove them and then use the drippings, beef stock and cream to make the gravy?

You can use canned beef gravy and sour cream to make a really yummy gravy!

I make a Stove Top recipe, w/ homemade meatballs using meat, onion, 1 box Stove Top stuffing, and eggs.  You cook the meatballs in the oven and then put them in a pan w/ 1 can beef gravy and 8 oz sour cream, cook until heated through.  I always double or triple the gravy depending on how many people we are feeding.
