Question for postpardum moms (tmi warning)

I gave birth four weeks ago and I'm still spotting, but what concerns me is that I have a very foul odor from the discharge and it doesn't matter how much I shower or what soap I use it's still there and I'm affraid it's so bad other people can smell it too... Anyone else have this problem? I don't know what to do. It's embarassing

Yep, I had it too; however, it sounds like yours is very overpowering.  It could be an infection of a sort.
