would it hurt if you went jogging to get labor started?

i heard somewhere that sometimes you can jog to get labor started. is it dangerous?

Physical exertion, in general, is supposed to "help" labor along.

Honestly, I'm not even close to being due, and a job would KILL me LOL

 I have done it and it did nothing for me. Gave me some side cramps typical of running but that was it.  I think the danger would be to trip and fall on your belly.

I cannot imagine running that pregnant, I would fall over and kill myself, and not be able to do it
