Can breastfeeding cause gum and bone deterioration?

My dh's best friend is a dentist, I could ask. But I HIGHLY doubt it.

Not flossing will do it though.

I doubt it but are you still taking your prenatals?  You should be while breastfeeding so you get the added vitamins and nutrients.

It causes your gums to be inflammed more easily and bleed easier but it is not a problem taking vitamins will help but actually pregnancy causes a lot of the problems and being PP loosing the hormones is what makes the effects of pregnancy obvious
